Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application: Sales and Marketing Training Class

Cost: $1,000 first attendee; $900 each additional

Regularly Scheduled Two Day Class

Course Topics:

• Concepts about creating and implementing a CRM strategy across the organization
• Deployment options for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server, CRM for Outlook, and CRM web client
• Set-up and overview of core functionality for accounts, contacts, leads, and activities.
• Sales Management Overview including leads tracking, setting up a sales process, opportunity tracking, pipeline management, and competitor tracking
• Sales Order Processing Overview, including creating and maintaining a products catalogue , quotes, orders, and invoices
• Marketing Management overview, including marketing lists, campaigns management, quick campaigns, managing campaign responses
• Sales and Marketing Report options, including standard vs. custom reports, advanced find and custom views, using Excel for Dynamics reports and pivot tables

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application: Service Management Training Class

Cost: $500 first attendee; $450 each additional

Course Topics:

• Service Management Overview including case management, issue tracking and resolution, contracts and process flow

• Setting up and creating a knowledge base, including subject trees, KB articles, working with public queues

• Service Scheduling Overview including the set-up and management of activities and appointments, users and resources, facilities and equipment, sites

• Service Report options, including standard vs. custom reports, advanced find and custom views, using Excel for Dynamics reports and pivot tables

Classroom Training Information:

• All Microsoft Dynamics GP, SL, and CRM classes are held in our Farmington Hills, Michigan Training Facility unless special arrangements are made to be held at a client location or a New Horizons Computer Learning Center.

• All Microsoft Dynamics GP, SL, and CRM classes are one day unless otherwise noted and in our Farmington Hills, Michigan Training Facility .

• Classes begin at 8:30 am and end at 4:30 pm (Crystal ends at 5:30 pm).  There is a lunch break between 12:00 pm and 1:15 pm.  Participants are responsible for their own lunch. A list of restaurants in close proximity to our Farmington Hills, Michigan Training Facility will be provided.

• Attire is business casual.  Please dress comfortably.

• Pre-registration and prepayment are required to confirm your enrollment.

• Computers, training workbooks and light refreshments are provided for all classes in our Farmington Hills, Michigan Training Facility.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes that fail to meet the 3 person minimum enrollment.

• Microsoft Dynamics GP, SL, and CRM course fees are refundable up to one week prior to the date of the course.

• Cancellations received less than one week prior to a scheduled Microsoft Dynamics GP, SL, and CRM class will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

• Confirmed registrants who cancel less than 48 hours prior to the Microsoft Dynamics GP, SL, and CRM course date will receive no refund of prepaid fees, but may reschedule to an alternate class time.
