If an interface or integration is required, we utilize standard integration tools and web services to create the mapping, scheduling and data logic and match the appropriate tool to the project we are creating. We have done hundreds of integrations – in fact, it is a very standard practice. We have also worked with many third party developers who have an external solution to Dynamics so that the fields and program logic are maintained, and we then deliver to the client an easy-to-use methodology for maintaining the integration, or we create an unattended integration which looks at the same location consistently to import the data. Ownership of the integration created with our standard tools always remains with the client, however, the technology to create the integration are industry-standard and shared among multiple clients. Our tools include Dynamics Web Services, eConnect, SmartConnect, Integration Manager, Scribe and our TM Group integration utility.
