Liaison Software’s Messenger family of products focuses on automated business form and report distribution, streamlining emailing, faxing, printing, archiving, and including supporting documentation with outbound documents. Distribution rules are set up at initial configuration and allows for filtered routing/distribution based on data being distributed in the initial print stream. Products are Liaison Messenger EDD, Liaison Messenger EFT, Liaison Messenger Direct Deposit, and Liaison Collector.

Liaison Messenger EDD

Liaison Messenger EDD automates business form and report distribution for Dynamics GP, SL, Business Central, or any ERP solution. Use your existing reports (GP report writer, SSRS, Crystal, Management Reporter) and existing print procedures.

Messenger EDD allows you to build automation scripts which then streamlines batch emailing, faxing, archiving and attaching supporting documents to outbound business forms and reports.  Distribute to customers, vendors, internal employees, warehouses, etc. all based on the data being processed and the pre-determined rules you create upon initial setup.

Attach supporting documentation - variable attachments (attach outstanding invoices to Statements in one PDF and/or static attachments like Terms and Conditions to PO's.

Messenger EDD is compatible with TLS 1.2 and Modern Authentication and works with any version of Dynamics GP, Dynamics SL, D365 Business Central, or any ERP or ISV solution.

Liaison Messenger EFT (Accounts Payable)

Liaison Messenger EFT is a one script version of Messenger EDD licensed for the distribution of EFT remittances to Vendors, eliminating manual emailing & faxing of payment notifications. Compatible with Modern Authentication.

Liaison Messenger DD (Direct Deposit)

Liaison Messenger DD (Direct Deposit) is a one script version of Messenger EDD licensed for the distribution of Direct Deposit statements to employees, eliminating manual emailing direct deposit statements. Compatible with Modern Authentication and emails are 128but encrypted and password protected, if desired.

Liaison Collector

Dealing with past due receivables can be time consuming and costly for your company. Liaison Collector streamlines receivables with no user intervention, saving time and increasing cash flow. Liaison Collector performs a new aging every night and automatically sends the statement the day the customer becomes past-due.  Collector will also resend an updated statement, (i.e. every 7 days) until the respective customer(s) is current. These settings are global or can be overwritten at the customer level. Escalate to additional personnel, based upon a customer’s aging bucket or delinquent amount. Attach supporting invoices listed on the statement (with Messenger EDD) Liaison Collector is compatible with Dynamics GP.
