Solution Proposal
We will help you determine whether Microsoft Dynamics is the right fit for your organization. During this evaluation process, we will work together to gain a thorough understanding of your business processes. This collaborative approach ensures our proposed solution will be configured for optimal success, maximizes its ROI and best aligns with your goals.
Planning & Design
Our Implementation Planning Study involves detailed discussions with your team to document your processes and critical requirements. This collaborative approach identifies potential high-risks and complexities. The outcome is a comprehensive project roadmap that mitigates typical project risks and guides the successful delivery of your Dynamics solution.
Statement of Work
The SOW is a mutually agreed upon plan that establishes expectations and timelines before the implementation begins. Ensuring all parties have a clear understanding of the project's scope, deliverables, and responsibilities, it serves as a roadmap that provides a structured framework to guide the project from start to finish while minimizing misunderstandings or scope creep.
Collaborate & Configure
While we set up and configure the solution, our clients are never out of the loop and stay updated through weekly status calls and design sessions as needed. We follow a collaborative model for implementations and work closely with your team while we configure, customize, and integrate the solution according to the guidelines set in the signed SOW.
Data Migration
No key business data is left behind as we work together to determine the right information and amount to import. We provide import templates for master files. You are responsible for supplying clean data, and we ensure the data remains unchanged during import. For smaller data sets, such as a chart of accounts, we may recommend manual entry as a learning opportunity.
Reporting
Defining your financial and operational reporting requirements starts at the beginning of a project when we gather the organization's KPIs and required managerial reports. The system is then configured to report on these KPIs and operational reports are delivered throughout the project. Financial reports are provided soon after the new system’s Go-Live date.
User Adoption
Ensuring employees embrace new technology is critical for maximizing its value and achieving business goals. When teams fully adopt a business system, organizations will experience increased efficiency, improved workflows and a stronger return on investment.

Go-Live & Closing
Launches can be stressful, which is why our project team remains readily available throughout the Go-Live period. After Go-Live, we’ll host a project closing meeting to seamlessly transition your team from implementation to support, ensuring that your future support tickets are promptly logged and resolved by our help desk.
