A Smarter Approach to Microsoft Licensing and Upcoming Changes
Did you know that TMG can handle all your Microsoft licensing, helping you plan ahead, avoid surprises, and lock in the best options for your organization?
We also want to make sure you are aware that Microsoft has announced a global pricing and packaging update for commercial Microsoft 365 suites, effective July 1, 2026. This update is independent of Dynamics 365 and does not impact any Dynamics 365 SKUs.
Existing Microsoft 365 customers will see the new pricing at their first renewal after July 1, 2026. If your renewal occurs before that date, you can renew or upgrade and lock in current pricing for the full subscription term. Impacted SKUs include Office 365 E3/E5, Microsoft 365 E3/E5, Business, Frontline, EMS, Windows, and related suites.
If you would like help reviewing these changes or want to discuss having TMG manage your Microsoft licensing, please contact your account manager or submit a meeting request through our contact form.
Why plan now?
Renewals often require internal budget approval and coordination. Planning early helps avoid surprises and preserves flexibility.
Your account manager can:
• Confirm your renewal date and agreement terms
• Review lock-in options where applicable
• Identify opportunities to right-size licenses before renewal
• Manage your Microsoft licensing on your behalf
Request a Microsoft licensing review with TMG today, and let our team help you plan ahead and avoid pricing surprises.
