The company has been in business for over 35 years and is widely viewed as a leading international player in state-of-the-art security technology and alarm signaling monitoring software.
The Challenge
Although alarm signaling monitoring, billing and management solutions are this client’s specialty, the organization also offered an accounting software suite for its small-business customers when they initially built their solution offering. They had recently introduced and developed a new version of their solutions but thought it did not make sense to rebuild their accounting suite when there are so many excellent accounting software solutions available today on the market.
The Solution
The company’s president and founder reached out to The TM Group and several other ERP providers to look for the best accounting solution to integrate their systems. The client’s ultimate goal is to provide their customers Business Central as the accounting suite for their alarm monitoring and billing industry solution. They’ll do so through a partnership with The TM Group. Once the integration plugin is completed, it will be available in the Microsoft Marketplace and available for download simply by typing the product name into the search bar and following the on-screen instructions.
