Accounts Receivable in Dynamics 365 Business Central
By the end of this training course, participants will be able to navigate the Accounts Receivable features in Dynamics 365 Business Central. They will gain familiarity with vendor management, including how to maintain and add new Customers, Customer Posting Groups, Customer Addresses, Customer Templates for Setup, Recurring Sales Lines, Sales Quote, Sales order, Sales Invoice, Customer Ledger Entries, Sales Credit Memo, Cash Receipts Journal Processing, and Customer Ledger Entries. Additionally, users will understand the use of Customer Posting Groups for filtering and running reports, along with other related customer features. Notes:
· Hands-On Exercise 1: create a customer and run reports with customer filters.
· Hands-On Exercise 2: create a sales quote, convert it to an order, create a sales order, create a sales invoice, and view customer ledger entries.
· Hands-On Exercise 3: correct an existing posted sales invoice, create a cash receipt journal, and view customer ledger entries.
· Q & A: this course will leave enough time in the end to address any questions.
· Please ensure access to a computer with internet connectivity in order to access Dynamics 365 Business Central during the session via a web browser (preferably Microsoft Edge).
